And we had a great time doing it! Even though it didn’t make it into the finals, Meghan blew the roof off with Love in the Time of Atkins (for those of you who missed it, we started filming just this weekend), and Roulette Night got a Critic’s Choice, and is being considered for publication. All in all a very successful and fun festival…

Though it’s not going on to the finals, it was still a blast to watch Meghan perform Love in the Time of Atkins last night. We may not have gotten the ‘official’ nod, but there was fantastic response all the way around, with plenty of folks coming up either gushing about how great it was, or incensed that it didn’t make it into the finals. It was really nice to hear. Audience members whooped and hollered during her performance, and there was plenty of uncomfortable squirming in the seats at the right moments. All in all a fantastic performance. Meghan has to be seen to be believed. This sure seems like the perfect role for her.
Good thing we are going to film it so that all who didn’t get the chance to see her perform will!
